Note this date. Every December the airlines are pushed to and even beyond their capacity, so delays do occur, especially in the 2 weeks prior to Christmas Day. Therefore in order to ensure you receive your Christmas gifts by December 24th, we must physically receive them at our Miami warehouse by December 16th. There are 4 exceptions to this guarantee listed below.

You can still shop and ship after the deadline and possibly receive those items by Christmas Eve. We'll still work hard to get it to you, but the guarantee only applies to items that meet the deadline.

This is the peak season for shipping, globally. All cargo trucks, trains, and airplanes are filled to capacity and even overbooked at this time of year. Delays are inevitable due to overbookings, unplanned emergency repairs and harsh hurricane season weather. Shop early so you have ample time in spite of any delays.

We are delivering right up to December 20th.

Our promise is simple and practical. Your courier will be working hard to get your packages to you. Increased traffic will likely cause some delays, but your courier will do his best. Where possible customers can take advantage of our extended opening hours (shown below) to come in and collect in person. If you've never visited our office, we invite you to experience our extremely helpful staff and speedy service.

On a final note, since our inception in 2011 we have always closed all Saturdays in January, giving back to our highly dedicated staff so that they can spend time with their families or simply just a good night's rest. This tradition continues in January 2020.

Regardless of how we grow, our appreciation of our staff is steadfast thus Saturday operations resume from February 2020.
